702 Pub Terms and Conditions

Welcome to 702 Pub. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player" or "you") and 702 Pub ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of the 702 Pub website located at 702pub.xyz and all associated services, games, and features.

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, or placing any bet on the 702 Pub platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the 702 Pub platform.

These Terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated by reference and form part of the full agreement between you and 702 Pub.

To register and play at 702 Pub, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority for gambling activities in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher).
• You must be a natural person — corporations, partnerships, and other legal entities may not register player accounts.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of 702 Pub or any of its affiliate companies.
• You must not be located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You must not be under any form of self-exclusion, cooling-off period, or account restriction imposed by 702 Pub or any other licensed gaming operator.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

702 Pub reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any player at any time to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable period may result in account restriction or closure.

Each eligible player is entitled to register one account only on the 702 Pub platform. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — are strictly prohibited and will result in all linked accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.

When registering your 702 Pub account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, valid Philippine mobile number, and date of birth.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify 702 Pub immediately at support@702pub.xyz if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account.
• Update your account details promptly if any information changes.

702 Pub will not be liable for any loss resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone — including 702 Pub support staff, who will never ask for your password.

All deposits and account balances at 702 Pub are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). We do not accept deposits in foreign currencies or cryptocurrency. The following payment methods are accepted for deposits:

702 Pub does not accept deposits made from accounts that do not belong to the registered player. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

Deposits are credited to your 702 Pub account balance upon confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, please contact support with your transaction reference number.

Players may request a withdrawal of available funds at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100.
• There is no maximum single withdrawal cap for standard verified accounts, however requests above ₱100,000 may be subject to additional verification.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to deposit or is verified as belonging to the registered account holder.
• Any active bonus balance must meet its applicable wagering requirement before the corresponding funds can be withdrawn.
• 702 Pub does not charge any withdrawal processing fees. However, your payment provider's own fees, if any, may apply.

For fully KYC-verified accounts, 702 Pub targets processing GCash and Maya withdrawals within 5–10 minutes of request. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 2 hours. All withdrawals are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

702 Pub offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to registered players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, referral rewards, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms stated at the point of offer:

• Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 10x (ten times the bonus amount) before they may be withdrawn, unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
• The 702 Pub welcome bonus of up to ₱5,000 is available to first-time depositing members only. It cannot be claimed in conjunction with any other welcome offer.
• Wagering contributions from different game categories vary. Sports betting typically contributes 100% toward wagering requirements; casino games such as Fishing Games and Color Game contribute as specified in the current bonus schedule available from our support team.
• 702 Pub reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between player accounts.
• Any player found to be abusing bonus terms — including the use of multiple accounts, arbitrage betting, or organised group play — will have their bonuses voided and account subject to review.

Bets placed on the 702 Pub platform are final once confirmed. The following rules apply to all wagering activity:

• Bets may only be placed using available real-money balance or eligible bonus balance. Credit betting is not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per market. Current limits are displayed at the point of placing a bet.
• 702 Pub reserves the right to void any bet placed after an event has started, where the outcome was known or reasonably available at the time of placement.
• In the event of a technical error or system malfunction during a game round or betting event, 702 Pub will investigate and, where appropriate, void and refund the affected bets.
• For live sports betting markets, odds are subject to change at any time up to the moment the bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.
• All gaming outcomes for casino games at 702 Pub (including Color Game, Roulette, Fishing Games, Bingo, and Pusoy) are determined by independently certified Random Number Generators. 702 Pub does not influence game outcomes.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 702 Pub platform. Engaging in any of these will result in immediate account suspension and may result in legal action:

• Registering more than one account, or using another person's account.
• Providing false personal information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting technical errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in any 702 Pub game or system to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including chip dumping in Pusoy or coordinated Color Game betting.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or bonus abuse as defined in Section 6 above.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 702 Pub staff or other players in any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute legitimate transactions.

702 Pub reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent, criminal, or collusive activity.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity verification documents when requested.
• Requests from regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or payment providers.
• Player-initiated self-exclusion or cooling-off requests.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited, including real-money balances, where permitted by applicable regulations. Where closure is not due to a player breach (for example, a self-exclusion request), any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player after appropriate due diligence checks.

702 Pub is genuinely committed to responsible gaming. We believe gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — never a source of financial or personal harm. Every 702 Pub account includes the following tools which you can access at any time from your account settings:

• Daily / Weekly / Monthly Deposit Limits — cap the amount you can deposit within a set time period.
• Session Time Reminders — receive automatic notifications after a set period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period — temporarily restrict your account for a defined period (24 hours to 30 days).
• Self-Exclusion — permanently close your 702 Pub account and request that you be excluded from future marketing communications. This cannot be reversed for a minimum of 6 months.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any 702 Pub content without prior written consent. Personal, non-commercial use of the platform for its intended purpose (placing bets, playing games) is permitted in accordance with these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 702 Pub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
• Losses arising from temporary platform unavailability due to maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.
• Losses arising from decisions you make based on information available on the platform, including odds and game statistics.

702 Pub's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform in any single calendar month shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player during that same month.

702 Pub collects and processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in that policy.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only where required by law, by payment processors for transaction processing, or by our identity verification partners for KYC compliance.

Your continued use of the 702 Pub platform after the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and close your account.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws and the regulations of the jurisdiction under which 702 Pub holds its gaming licence.

In the event of a dispute between you and 702 Pub, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance. We aim to resolve all player disputes within 5 business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, it may be referred to the relevant regulatory authority for independent adjudication.
